As I listened to Liz talk about some of the struggles of getting RPM going and how to get people connected it made me think. Well really all of it made me think but I though a lot about our island and how can we make it into a community.

I had a great opportunity to spend the evening with the fabulous ladies from Keys4Autism. Such an amazing programme. One of the brilliant take aways for me was that Josha's son organises online parties over zoom where letterboard speaking is socially accepted. Such a brilliant idea. A connection to those from near and far.

Lenae Crandall and lesson plan books
Lenae has written a series of lesson plan books to help parents and providers get started. Here is a link to her site. I have a few of them and purchased them off of Amazon. I used them in my classroom. I especially used them to help me connect my maths with rpm.
This talk was on Soma's new pink book. I have read 3/4 of it and feel like I should start it again. As there is so many good things in it.
Opening the Conference
The conference opened with Soma welcoming us all. The amount of people from all over the world! Belgium , France, Australia....it is spreading voice worldly.
